Domiciliary Care Services
We provide high quality domiciliary care services, ranging from one visit a day, four times daily to 24 hour specialist care.
Home Support Services
We provide a range of home support options, from assistance with personal care, medication prompts, meals as well as pop in visits.
Social Support
We provide a range of companionship calls, ranging from spending time with the clients in their home doing activities they enjoy, to assisting out in the community for shopping, cinema theatre trips and assistance to any appointments.
Domestic Support
We can assist with any domestic duties required from washing and ironing to spring cleans as well as food shopping.
Person Centred Care Approach
Our care planning process is entirely individual and based on a clients specific needs and requirements. This allows you full control over all of your care needs.
Step 1
Initial care planning meeting with client, manager and and family to assess what your needs are and to find out what you and your loved ones require to maintain your independence within your home
Step 2
Risk assessments carried out and completed along with care plan detailing all elemets of your care and preferences as well as documenting your times and visits. A file will be left in your home with a service user guide, complaints procedure and all contact details given. Once you are happy with all care planning we agree a support date.
Step 3
Specialist care team is put in place based on your needs agreed in the care plan andyour care starts!
